Online Courses

Introduction: American Flying Adventures is offering online training courses. You can study from your home and still be connected to all our school materials. Courses are available for the following levels:

1. Private Pilot Course

2. Instrument Course

3. Multiengine

4. GPS Courses

Structure: All courses are divided in short training modules. Each module comprises text book references, a key word list with appropriate definitions, learning concepts, graphics, videos and more.

Requirements:
You need to have an adequate text book to be able to participate for the online course. To enter, you also need an unique User ID and Password', which is valid for 6 months. All materials are under copyright protection and are only open to enrolled AFA students.

Connection Requirements:
You need a fast internet connection to watch the movies. They are encoded with 723Kbps. A cable connection is most optimum but a DSL will be sufficient too. If you need to test your internet connection, check out this site. Various speed tests will tell you if your connection is fast enough.

Where to start?
Contact us for registering to the online course. Once you have an USER ID and PASSWORD click one of the menu links under 'Online Courses' and proceed as prompted. Be sure to also use the suggested textbooks and dictionaries while you are studying the online course.
